Refund policy

Our return/exchange policy:

You may return/exchange item you have purchased online to us within 14 days of receipt of the shipment except for special ordered pieces (special sizing, engraved pieces, different chain length, custom orders etc.).

Final Sale:
Custom/special orders are final sale.

All orders shipped internationally are final sale and you cannot return or exchange.

 

How to return or exchange an item:

Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return or exchange.

Please email us first to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and returning address.
Returning address is different from our office address. Returning items cannot be accepted without an RA number.

Items must be returned with their original packaging in unused, perfect condition. Shipping fee is not refundable. Please send the returning merchandise with trackable shipping method with carrier insurance.
